Clara Malzer is not a registered psychologist in Australia.
Participation does not create a psychologist–patient relationship.

Our Services are intended for psychologically stable individuals seeking personal development, integration, and relational growth.

If you are experiencing severe mental health distress, suicidal ideation, psychosis, or psychiatric instability, you agree to seek support from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging in our Services, you acknowledge that:

You participate voluntarily.

No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

You remain fully responsible for decisions made before, during, and after participation.

4. No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee specific results related to:

Trauma resolution
Relationship outcomes

By enrolling in any 1:1 container, mentorship, training, retreat, or high-ticket program, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Terms

Full payment or the first instalment is required to secure your place.
Payment plans are legally binding agreements.
All instalments must be completed regardless of participation, attendance, or personal circumstances.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services and collection procedures if necessary.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of high-level coaching, mentoring, and somatic containers:

All payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or partial participation.
Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.

This policy exists because your space in the container is reserved exclusively for you, and preparation, time, and energetic commitment begin upon enrolment.

Client Commitment

High-ticket containers require emotional maturity, personal responsibility, and readiness for deep work.

By enrolling, you confirm that:

You are financially and psychologically ready to commit.
You understand that transformation requires integration beyond sessions.
You take responsibility for your participation.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of medical emergency or severe unforeseen circumstances, adjustments may be considered at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

All decisions remain at our sole discretion.

8. Confidentiality

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In 1:1 sessions, confidentiality is respected within legal limits.

In group programs, confidentiality is encouraged but cannot be guaranteed for other participants.

Online communication cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
