Hey, I’m Clara

Somatic Psychotherapist | Specialist in Developmental & Relational Trauma | Embodied Medicine Woman

I support women in moving beyond patterns of anxiety, over-functioning, and disconnection into sovereignty — by working directly with the nervous system, the body, and their relational imprints.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed somatic therapy (Somatic Experiencing®),
supporting you to create real change in how you relate, feel, and show up in your life.

My work is not about helping you function better. It’s about supporting you to feel, relate, and live from a place that is actually yours.

Maybe you understand your patterns — but in the moments that matter, something in the body still takes over.

Maybe you still over-give. Still hold back your truth.
Still find yourself adapting in spaces where you were meant to take up space.

You don’t need more concepts. You need your nervous system to learn that safety and power can coexist.
That intimacy doesn’t require self-abandonment.

It’s less about fixing you — and more about meeting you at the threshold of what is ready to emerge, so you can love, lead and create from sovereignty and authenticity.

My turning point

In a world that asks you to forget your truth, I am here to remind you who you truly are.

For a long time, my life looked like success from the outside.

A prestigious career in the international film industry. Academic excellence. An international life that, by most measures, looked like freedom.

But internally, I was running on adaptation — performing, achieving, and systematically overriding the signals of my own body in the name of belonging and approval.

I was deeply sensitive, wildly creative, and hungry for real intimacy. And I had become very skilled at hiding all three.

When my body eventually refused to continue that way, and I was diagnosed with PTSD and C-PTSD, I began searching.

I travelled through more than 40 countries. I studied yoga, breathwork, plant medicine, and spiritual traditions across continents. Much of it was meaningful. But none of it truly shifted the patterns at their root.

Then I found somatic trauma work.

For the first time, I understood — not as a concept, but as a lived, cellular experience — what it meant to feel safe in my own body.

Not because I had achieved something. Not because someone had finally approved of me. But because my nervous system was no longer living in survival.

From that place, everything changed.

My relationships deepened as old attachment patterns dissolved. My voice returned — not as something I performed, but as something I inhabited. My creative fire, my sensuality, my capacity for real leadership — they didn't emerge because I worked harder. They emerged because I stopped working against myself.

I stopped shrinking.

And I stepped into the woman I had always been beneath the survival patterns.

That initiation is what I now guide other women through.

What makes my work different

In recent years, "Somatic work" has become a broad term — absorbed into movement practices, breathwork ceremonies, shaking rituals, and sensual dance. Many of these are beautiful. But they were never designed to resolve deep attachment wounds or build lasting nervous system capacity.

And without precise, trauma-informed containment, they can open what they cannot hold — leading to dysregulation, or healing that stays at the surface.

What I offer works at a different level entirely — at the level of the imprints your nervous system formed before you had language to describe them.

The chronic bracing. The collapse under closeness. The over-functioning that never rests.

These are not mindset problems. They are not habits you can breathe away. They are survival adaptations — formed through developmental and relational trauma, encoded in your autonomic nervous system. Not through a single event, but a lifetime of experiences where love required adaptation and belonging required self-erasure.

My approach is slow. Precise. Deeply relational. Not catharsis without containment — but the careful, sustained restoration of your nervous system's capacity to feel safe in connection.

So that intimacy, power, pleasure, and creative sovereignty emerge not as something you perform, but as something you inhabit.

Where polyvagal theory meets womb wisdom.

Where trauma therapy meets tantra.

Where nervous system repair meets sovereign creative expression.

This is not surface-level embodiment. It is initiation.

1:1 Somatic Experiencing & Trauma Therapy

For women who want to stop losing themselves in relationships and intimacy

If intimacy still activates survival patterns…
If you oscillate between overgiving and pulling away…
If you understand your patterns, but can’t shift them in the moment…

This is trauma-informed, attachment-based somatic therapy.

We work at the level where these patterns live — so you can begin to stay with yourself, relate differently, and create real change in how you show up in connection.

1:1 Somatic Business Mentorship

For women who want to build and grow their work without burning out or losing themselves

If your work is asking for more visibility and expansion…
If you’re high-capacity, but tired of over-functioning…
If you want to lead, create, and earn — without disconnecting from your body…

This is where we bring your nervous system, your work, and your expression into alignment.

Trauma-trained Somatic Practitioner Training

For women who want to hold spaces that create real, lasting change

If you want more depth in your sessions…
If you’re working with tools, but not seeing the transformation you know is possible…
If you want to guide change at the level where patterns actually shift — not just create insight…

This trauma-informed somatic certification training is the missing link.

You learn, experience and embody what actually shifts patterns at the root for your clients, so that they feel, come back to, and recommend your work.
